Purchase Information
Tickets may be purchased on-line through Ticketmaster or at any Ticketmaster outlet or by calling Ticketmaster at 206-628-0888. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Chateau Ste. Michelle's wine shop in Woodinville, open daily from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m . Service fee for tickets purchased in our wine shop is $3.00. Please note we are not able to accommodate phone or mail orders at the winery.
Due to artist contracts and venue capacity regulations, a ticket is required for each person three years and older attending a performance. There are no exceptions.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation, and then tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase only.
Lost Tickets
Lost tickets purchased at the winery cannot be replaced. Please contact Ticketmaster directly for any lost tickets purchased at Ticketmaster locations or online.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call is located at the ticket booth at the South Gate entrance and at the North Gate entrance to Chateau Ste. Michelle's amphitheater. Both Will Call locations will open approximately one hour before gates to the amphitheater open, day-of-show only.
Day of Show Tickets
If available, day of show tickets can be purchased in the Chateau Ste. Michelle wine shop (cash, check or charge) or at the South Gate Will Call booth (cash only). There is no extra charge for day of show tickets when they are available.

General Admission Seating
General admission seating is festival-style on the amphitheater lawn. Ticket holders enter the field on a "first come, first served" basis. Blankets and/or low beach chairs are allowed. Low beach chairs are permitted anywhere in the Amphitheatre. High back chairs (seat is higher than 12” from the ground and/or back is taller than 28”) will be required to move to a designated area at the back of the Amphitheater.
Reserved Seating
Reserved seating is located directly in front of the stage. Chairs are provided. Please note there are a very limited number of reserved seats available for each show.
Disabled Seating
Disabled Reserve tickets are available to purchase through Ticketmaster for guests with a State Disabled Permit, proof is required. For both Reserve and General Admission ticket holders, one attendant with the challenged guest will be allowed to enter the Amphitheater 15 minutes prior to the General Public when gates open. Any additional members of a party will enter with the general public. Please note that additional space cannot be held in General Admission section for more than the Disabled guest and attendant. Guests are asked to call 425-415-3327, in advance, with disabled seating questions and parking details.
Chair Rental
A limited number of low chairs will be available to rent in the amphitheater with a refundable deposit. Please note that the chairs rent quickly.
Open Flames
No open flames of any type are permitted; this includes candles, barbecues, lighters, etc.

Gates to the amphitheater typically open two hours prior to the show start time. On occasion gates are held at the artist’s request. Limited parking on-site is available. Carpooling is encouraged. Parking attendants will direct cars to on-site and off-site parking areas. Chateau Ste. Michelle's off-site parking is located approximately one-quarter mile north of the winery on Hwy 202, please follow signs. Complimentary shuttle service is provided before, during and after the concert. Disabled parking on-site is available with a State Disabled Permit only. If all Disabled spots have been taken, disabled guests may be dropped off in front of the winery and parking will be offered in another location. Please call 425-415-3327 in advance for disabled parking details. Buses or motor coaches must call 425-415-3327 in advance for parking arrangements. There is no RV or camper parking available at Chateau Ste. Michelle, these vehicles must park off-site.

All concerts are performed outside and held RAIN or SHINE. Please dress for the weather, there is no covered seating. Please be advised, general admission seating is on the lawn and the grass may be wet.

A selection of Chateau Ste. Michelle wines and a variety of fresh food items from selected northwest vendors is available for purchase in the Amphitheater at each performance. The wine shop will be open until approximately intermission during performances to ticket holders only. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought in with you. The Washington State Liquor Control Board requires that any alcoholic beverage consumed on the winery grounds be purchased at the winery (WAC 314-24/RCW 66-04-0III). No other beer, spirits or wine brands are allowed anywhere on the winery grounds and will be confiscated. Please feel free to bring your own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages. For your safety and the safety of others, a security check will be done at the entry to the amphitheater. All coolers and bags will be checked.

Most artist’s contracts prohibit the use of flash cameras, professional cameras, digital cameras, phone cameras and tape recording or video recording devices and therefore these items will not be allowed in the amphitheater. No digital photography will be allowed. Film, cameras, tapes and discs will be confiscated and become property of the artist.

Venue Chateau Ste. Michelle's outdoor amphitheater is located on the winery's 87-acre estate in Woodinville, Washington. The Summer Concert Series was first established in 1984 as a bluegrass festival. Since the early beginnings, hundreds of performances have been held with artists such as Tony Bennett, Diana Krall, the Dave Matthews Band, Mark Knopfler, B.B. King, Chicago, Crosby, Still & Nash, Linda Ronstadt, Don Henley, Robert Plant and Stevie Wonder.
Chateau Ste. Michelle offers an annual concert series as an expression of community involvement and support of the arts. Net proceeds to Chateau Ste. Michelle from the concert series are used to support the winery's charitable contributions program. The winery has long-standing philanthropic partnerships with many local and national charitable organizations.

How can I purchase tickets?

Can I bring children?
Yes, however a ticket is required for children three years of age and older attending a performance. Children under the age of 3 are free with a ticketed adult in the general admission area.
How much is the service fee?
Ticketmaster service fees vary depending on the type of purchase you choose--online, phone, mail orders, etc. The service fee in the wine shop is $3.00 per ticket.
How do I get to the winery?
Chateau Ste. Michelle is located in Woodinville, Washington approximately 15 miles northeast of Seattle. Map & Directions.
Is the concert series accessible to people with disabilities?

When available, artist merchandise can be purchased at the tent (located at the North Gate entrance to the Amphitheater) on the day of the concert.
Where is Lost & Found located?
All lost and found items are kept in a secure location at the winery. During a concert, please contact any of our security personnel to inquire about your item. Anytime following a show, please contact our Safety Services Department at 425-415-3378 to inquire.
Is there safety and first aid service?
King County fire personnel are available in the southwest corner of the amphitheater to assist with any medical emergency. The Spirit of Washington dinner train may pass by Chateau Ste. Michelle during the performance; please keep away from the tracks, and remember to wear shoes at all times for your safety.
Are winery tours available on concert days? What time do the wine shop and grounds close?
Tours are available on the hour and half-hour from 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on concert days. Exceptions are concert festival shows starting in the afternoon, tours will conclude at 12:00 noon. The wine shop and grounds close at 5:00 p.m. to all non-ticket holders.
Can I make an appointment in the Vintage Reserve Room on a concert day?
The Vintage Reserve Room is open, by appointment, from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on most concert days. Please call in advance as there are no walk-in appointments available.
Can I bring a barbecue? What about candles?
Please, no barbecues, candles, etc. No open flames are permitted anywhere in the Ampitheatre.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is permitted only in the "Designated Smoking Areas".
Can I bring my pet?
NO. Our grounds host many different types of waterfowl as well as natural water reserves. Pets are not permitted on the Amphitheater grounds during concerts. For the comfort and safety of all, please leave your pets at home.

Chateau Ste. Michelle is located 15 miles northeast of Seattle. To reach our Woodinville winery from Interstate 405, take Exit 23 eastbound (State Route 522 toward Monroe and Wenatchee) to the Woodinville exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp, and continue to NE 175th Street. Turn right again, cross the railroad tracks and turn left at the stop sign onto Highway 202. Proceed approximately two miles to the Chateau gates on the right.
