Join us for a very special event as we welcome Julia Collin Davison from the television series America's Test Kitchen as she demonstrates recipes from the recently released cookbook. In addition to having Julia with us, we will also have Chateau Ste. Michelle Culinary Director John Sarich, Chef and farmer Brian Scheehser, and Jon Rowley from Taylor Shellfish Farms on hand to share their expertise. The fun will start with a demonstration of recipes and cooking techniques as well as insights into local and sustainable products from the Northwest. Following the demonstration, we'll move into our banquet room to enjoy light appetizers paired with some of our terrific wines. This will be a great opportunity to meet and talk with all of our special guests as well.
Want to feel comfortable shucking an oyster? How about dicing an onion? Prior to our main event, Julia Collin Davison will be hosting a very limited number of guests in our Manor House for a knife skills demonstration. An additional fee will apply.
All attendees must be 21 years or older. Space is very limited for both events.
