Tuna with Caviar & Avocado

Tuna

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
1 small avocado, diced
1 Tbs low-sodium soy sauce, or more to taste
2-3 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Kosher salt, to taste
12-16 potato chips
Caviar, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Gently combine tuna through salt in mixing bowl. Serve on potato chips and garnish with caviar.
