Grandma Audrey's Apple Cake

Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
4 cups apples

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to eggs. Fold in apples. Turn into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º F.
