2 eggs
2 cups sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
4 cups apples
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to eggs. Fold in apples. Turn into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º F.
