We are proud to release "Junior 600," a limited-edition labeling of the winery's Ethos Reserve 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon to commemorate Ken Griffey Jr.'s 600th home run achievement.
Griffey, who played for the Seattle Mariners from 1989 through 1999 and returned this season, is only the sixth player in Major League Baseball history to hit 600 home runs. Only six-hundred individually numbered and autographed bottles are available for sale. Proceeds will benefit Seattle Children's Hospital and the Ken Griffey Jr. Family Foundation. The wine will also be featured as part of a special fundraiser "Junior 600 Night" on Sunday, July 26 at 6 pm at Safeco Field 1st Base Terrace Club in Seattle. Admission is $350 per person, which includes one autographed bottle of Junior 600.
