The 2011 Ethos Chardonnay is a rich, layered and complex wine crafted in an Old World “Burgundian” style. Fruit for the wine came from our vineyard at Canoe Ridge Estate and Cold Creek vineyard. The Canoe adds elegance and balance, and the Cold Creek brings weight and structure – hence ageability. This is a great Chardonnay to add to the cellar and will age beautifully.
