“My goal for the Ethos Chardonnay is Old World “Burgundian” complexity and elegance with concentrated Washington fruit. Nearly half of the fruit came from our Cold Creek Vineyard and shows the rich deep intensity of Cold Creek’s 30-year-old vines. The mostly natural fermentation contributes to the complexity of the wine. This is a Chardonnay to cellar and will age beautifully.”
