Chateau Ste. Michelle Releases Midsummer's White to Benefit Student Scholarships!

Jun 12, 2014

Visitors to Chateau Ste. Michelle winery and its concert series this summer can enjoy its popular Midsummer's White seasonal blend while supporting a great cause. The winery is pleased to announce that $1.00 from each bottle sold of the 2013 Chateau Ste. Michelle Midsummer's White, Columbia Valley will benefit the Chateau Ste. Michelle Scholarship Fund administered by the College Success Foundation. The 2013 Chateau Ste. Michelle Midsummer's White is now available in the winery's Wine Shop in Woodinville, Wash. and retails for $24.

"I call this wine summer in a glass," explains Chateau Ste. Michelle Winemaker Bob Bertheau. "The 2013 Midsummer’s White is a refreshing and flavorful blend of Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. Lush flavors of ripe peach and melon are complemented by lively crisp acidity. This wine has become a fan favorite at our Tasting Room and Summer Concert Series. We are proud that a portion of the proceeds from the 2013 vintage will support college scholarships for deserving students in our community."
