The Canoe Ridge Estate Merlot is a complex Merlot with black cherry fruit character with refined tannins. Planted in 1991, this vineyard is getting more mature and so are the winemakers! With increased vine age, this wine is showing more depth, richness and layers of dark fruit than in previous vintages.

The 2008 Cabernet from this acclaimed 40-year-old vineyard always delivers power, structure and rich concentrated black fruit. This is a dense red wine with great aging potential. This vintage is nearly pure Cabernet (99%) with intense dark fruit and long finish. I call this my steakhouse red!

Cabernet from this 30-year-old vineyard always delivers power, structure and rich concentrated black fruit. The 2005 bottle offers dense aromas of boysenberry and brown sugar spice with layers of fruit with nicely integrated, yet very age-worthy, tannins. This is classic Cold Creek and classic Washington state Cabernet. It demands a good rib eye!

This is a big Merlot! It delivers concentrated aromas of dark chocolate truffles, plum, molasses and cedar. It is bold and fullbodied with soft, chewy tannins and a mouth-coating finish.

We crafted this Red Mountain Cab to highlight the ripe fruit characteristics and intense aromatics and focused tannins reflective of this very hot and dry region. Our wine offers aromas and flavors of black cherry, cardamom spice and dark chocolate with an elegant structure and refined tannins.

The 2016 vintage will be remembered as the longest calendar vintage on record since we were harvesting grapes for three solid months. This allowed for some impressive hang time and resulted in a very ripe and rich wine with beautifully supple, elegant tannins.

Cold Creek’s 45-year-old vines deliver a big, concentrated Merlot. This wine offers black fruit flavors with layers of complexity. This is our most intense Merlot with great ageability.

The Canoe Ridge Estate Chardonnay is refined and elegant and offers apple and citrus aromas with a clean, refreshing finish. We age the wine in lighter French oak barrels to maintain the fresh, elegant style of this Chardonnay.

Our 45-year old Cold Creek Vineyard makes up more than half of the blend and provides the wine's power and structure. This is the most complex of our Cabernets and offers layers of ripe blueberry fruit with silky tannins.

Our Columbia Valley Chardonnay is crafted in a fresh, soft style with juicy citrus and apple fruit character with subtle spice and oak nuances. We blend Chardonnay grapes from vineyards throughout Washington’s Columbia Valley to create this complex yet approachable, food-friendly style.

We craft our Columbia Valley Cabernet to highlight concentrated Washington red fruit in an accessible style. This inviting cab is rich with red fruit flavor, the complexity and structure of this Cabernet Sauvignon remains delectable at every sip – especially when paired with beef, game or burgers.
