Cabernet from this iconic 45-year-old vineyard consistently delivers power, structure and rich concentrated black fruit. The wine offers black cherry flavors and chocolate notes with typical Cold Creek density.

Canoe Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Horse Heaven Hills
Powdery tannins, enveloped by varietal Cab flavors of dark cherries and fresh cooking herbs.

Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain
We crafted this Red Mountain Cab to highlight the ripe fruit characteristics and intense aromatics and focused tannins reflective of this very hot and dry region. Our wine offers aromas and flavors of black cherry, cardamom spice and dark chocolate with an elegant structure and refined tannins.
