The steep terrain is decorated with boulders and gullies which generate brisk fog in the morning and intense sunshine in the afternoon. This Syrah is rich and concentrated. 2021 Limited Release Sémillon
We love Washington Sémillon for its full body that also surprises your palate with lively flavors. To showcase this unique identity, the wine was mostly fermented in tank to highlight the zesty fruit, but we also blended barrel fermented wine to bring out the rich and creamy texture of the grape. - Yakima Valley

Enjoy the delicate flavors and texture, brought to you by patience. The Yakima Valley region’s sunny days and cool evening temperatures create ideal conditions for intense aroma and flavor development in the ripening grapes. 2021 Limited Release Grüner Veltliner
This wine is focused and packs a punch of lemon, lime and peach aromas followed by pin point acidity. It is mouthwatering and will pair extremely well with our bounty of Northwest seafood.
