This wine is a labor of love that requires months of tasting to find the perfect balance of concentration and complexity. Fermented with 100% natural, uninoculated yeast and aged 10 months in French oak, Ethos is crafted in an elegant style designed to entice your senses and captivate your spirit.

Do you know Tempranillo? It caters to flamboyant tastes and eccentric personalities. This bold wine from Stone Tree Vineyard has the classic varietal character of dark cherries and blackberries dancing with cedar and tobacco leaf. This is a wine to share preferably over tapas and charcuterie.

Delicate and delectable, this wine is remarkably elegant. Pomegranate aromas with forest moss undertones are chased by vibrant acidity. A tip-toe of gentle, seamless tannins keeps this wine fresh to the last drop.

The combination of our Canoe Ridge Estate fruit with no varietal restrictions is one of my favorite blends to put together every year. Complex, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon (57%) mingles with the deep jam characters of the Malbec (29%). A touch of Cabernet Franc and Merlot (7% each) completes the wonderful mélange.

This wine showcases how much fun we winemakers have at the blending table. The Sémillon provides an oiliness while the Sauvignon Blanc brings racy acidity that perfectly complements the palate. In the end, a yin yang is reached with a lively structure that is balanced by weight and creamy texture.

This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10 months and for the first time ever, the wood for the new barrel portion was seasoned two years at the winery giving the wine a subtle spice and nutty character combined with concentrated notes of apple and pear. This is a truly unique wine!

Vibrant and luscious, this single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc stands out among all others. Perfectly balanced topical notes of juicy pineapple and mango harmonize with hints of fresh cut grass and tangerine. Lively acidity ties it all together, making it nearly impossible to have just one glass.

This vintage of C.S.M. is another eclectic blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc - with a hint of Muscat Canelli. The Chenin Blanc lends bright, fresh melon flavors while the Sauvignon Blanc throws in complex textures and depth. A final hint of floral essence from the Muscat Canelli completes this lovely wine.

Making our first organic wine at Chateau Ste Michelle was an exciting and nerve-wracking experience for the whole winemaking team. It is a commitment that requires the attention of every single person in the winery to ensure the organic wine is kept wholly separate. All equipment must be specially cleaned before use and all safety nets to ensure wine quality are removed. It is a risky business where many things can go wrong, and we are all very proud of the result of all our efforts. Our organic wine was blissfully unaware of the stress and effort surrounding its upbringing and made its way calmly into the bottle with all its raw and unadorned beauty intact.

Of course, the first requirement is organic grapes. Our grape-growing partner faced the same challenges of isolating the grapes from all other farming operations, and the removal of safety nets to protect the grapes from disease and pests. We are very grateful to have such capable partners in our efforts to create a wine that highlights our values of sustaining the land, the wildlife around it, our community, and our wine region.

One of the top 10 most planted grape varietals in the world, Grenache is an exciting varietal to work with. This 100% Grenache showcases aromas of strawberry, raspberry and spice. The silky tannins and dark fruit lend a generous roundness to the wine, leading to a soft, supple finish.

This Chardonnay comes from Weinbau Vineyard. It shows off the vineyard's rich, lush texture we love. This wine was fermented and aged in barrels to add toasty oak aromatics to it's creamy texture. Enjoy with grilled buttery crab legs or a creamy pasta.

Classic Zin characters of light raspberry jam and toast, I added just a touch of Syrah to fill out the palate but still keep the wonderful Zinnyness. Enjoy!

This Chardonnay is bright and crisp. The grapes were sourced from the cooler Yakima Valley, allowing extra hangtime for flavor development while still retaining the bright acidity. Fermented in stainless steel to show off citrus flavors, this would be a great wine to enjoy in the sun with appetizers and friends.

Another new wine! Aligoté, yeah! We fermented it in tank to maintain the lively character and highlight the racy acidity and flavors of gala apples and bosc pears. This wine will win you over with subtlety. Trust me, I'm a winemaker.

Surrounded by a moat of hops, apples, and cherries, the vineyards of Snipes Mountain stand up amongst the rest of the landscape. Select rows from an exposed ridge were hand-picked and co-fermented with Viognier to produce a lifted, jammy wine with velvet tannins and a rich finish.

Capturing the character of Roussanne can be difficult. It is a delicate, difficult variety to grow and ripen, so sometimes it is better to simply embrace the chaos and let Mother Nature take over. The result is a wine of citrus and lime, with a creamy palate.

Grapes sourced for this elegant dry-style Gewürztraminer are from vineyards in the cooler Yakima Valley. Aromas of pink grapefruit, linden and ginger linger in the glass. The wine was primarily fermented in neutral oak for 5 months to offer a luscious velvety palate with hints of coriander and clove.

No way, Gamay? We sought out one of the few Washington Gamay plantings, Carousel Vineyard, to bring you this lively, fruity Gamay. This wine saw carbonic fermentation in a concrete pyramid, and was blended with some whole cluster stainless steel fermented Gamay for the ideal blend.

Say hello to Grenache Blanc. Historically from the Southern Rhone, this wine is medium-bodied with flavors of ripe stone fruit. Most of the wine was fermented in stainless steel adding brightness, but a portion was fermented naturally in old barrels to give the wine density and complexity.
