At Chateau Ste. Michelle, we are passionate about sustainability and the planet.
Join us for a very special multi-course, sustainably sourced Earth Day Chef’s Dinner from guest Executive Chef Robert Spaulding from a Elliott's Oyster House, who will be taking over the Chateau Ste. Michelle kitchen for the evening. Each course has been responsibly farmed and features seafood sourced from fisheries that are focused on leaving a positive environmental impact with their harvesting methods.
Each course will be perfectly paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle and Eroica wines.

Fresh Dungeness Crab Salad
Avocado, mandarin orange, sesame crisp, goat cheese vinaigrette
Course 2
Geoduck Chowder
Cream, apple wood smoked bacon, chive oil, truffle brown butter crouton

Butter Poached Maine Lobster and Short Rib
Braised Wagyu short rib, wild asparagus tips, parsnip puree

Soy Lacquered Sablefish
Glazed yam, seared gai lan and morel mushroom, and ginger carrot cream
