+ Purchasing Tickets
Tickets to our winery concert series may be purchased on-line at Ticketmaster.com, at any Ticketmaster outlet or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets may also be purchased in person only at the Chateau Ste. Michelle wine shop in Woodinville, open daily from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. The wine shop is unable to accommodate online, phone or mail orders. Tickets are only sold at face value and the winery is not responsible for tickets or ticket packages sold through other vendors or programs.
+ Service Fee
Ticketmaster service fees vary depending on the type of purchase you choose — online, phone, mail orders, etc. The service fee in the wine shop is $4.00 per ticket. Please note: tickets should be handled the same as cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Yes, however, due to artist contracts and venue capacity regulations a ticket is required for children three years of age and older attending a performance. No exceptions. Children age two or younger are free with a ticketed adult in the general admission area. Reserve Seating requires a ticket for all guests.
+ Refunds / Lost Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation, and then tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase only. Lost tickets purchased at the winery cannot be replaced.
All concerts are held RAIN or SHINE. There is no covered seating. General admission seating is on the lawn. Please dress for the weather. Normal rain umbrellas will be permitted during inclement weather only and will be asked to be put down during weather breaks.
Smoking - including Electronic cigarettes - is not permitted in the Amphitheatre. A “Designated Smoking Area” will be near the south gate for tobacco smokers. Electronic cigarettes may be used only outside the north or south gates. Marijuana use is not permitted anywhere on the Chateau Ste. Michelle grounds.
General admission seating is festival-style on the Amphitheatre lawn. Ticket holders enter the field on a "first come, first served" basis. With the exception of Reserve seating, blankets and/or low beach chairs are permitted anywhere in GA Seating. High back chairs (seat higher than 12" from the ground and/or back is taller than 28") will be required to move to the designated "High Back Chair" areas. A limited number of low back chairs are available for purchase for $20-$35 per chair. Please note, chairs placed in line at the gate and left unattended will be removed. You must be on-site to be considered in line for Amphitheatre gates. Chateau Ste. Michelle is not responsible for items left unattended. Seating chart.
+ People with Disabilities
Disabled Reserve seating tickets are available to purchase through Ticketmaster. Disabled parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Have your State Disabled Permit visible in your vehicle. For both Reserve and General Admission ticket holders, ONE attendant with the challenged guest is permitted to enter the amphitheatre approximately 15 minutes prior to the General Public. If you have further questions please call 425-488-1133 in advance with disabled seating questions and parking details.
Most artists’ contracts prohibit the use of flash cameras, professional cameras, digital cameras with detachable lenses, and tape/video recording devices and therefore, they are not permitted in the Amphitheatre. Professional cameras, film, tape and discs will be confiscated and become the property of the artist. Cell phones are permitted, unless the artist contract states otherwise, but may NOT be used to record the artist. Should cell phones become an obstruction you will be asked to put them away.
Limited parking on-site is available for $10 cash or credit card. Carpooling is encouraged.
Complimentary shuttle service for off-site parking is provided before, during and after the concert. Off-site parking is located approximately one-quarter mile north of the winery on Hwy 202—please follow the signs.
Disabled parking on-site is available with a State Disabled Permit only. Buses or motor coaches must also call 425-415-3327 in advance for parking arrangements. There is no RV or camper parking.
Bicycle racks are available in several locations on the winery grounds.
+ Alcoholic Beverages
By state law, only Chateau Ste. Michelle beverages may be consumed on the winery grounds (WAC 314-24/RCW 66-04-0III). Wine may be purchased in the wine shop or on the concert field. No other beer, spirits or wine brands are permitted anywhere on the winery grounds and will be confiscated.
+ Amphitheatre Access
Gates to the Amphitheatre typically open two hours prior to the performance start time noted on your ticket. On occasion gates are held at the artist’s request. The winery grounds open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m. to all non-ticketed guests.
+ Will Call
Will Call is located at the South Gate and North Gate entrances to Amphitheatre. Both locations open approximately one hour before gates to the Amphitheatre open, day-of-show only.
+ Driving Directions
Chateau Ste. Michelle is located in Woodinville, Washington approximately 15 miles northeast of Seattle.
- Take Interstate 405 to Exit 23, heading east to Monroe/Wenatchee.
- Immediately get in the right lane following the signs to the first exit, which is for Highway 202 East. Dairy Queen will be on your right.
- Go down the hill and under the train trestle. You will come to a stoplight at NE 175th Street with a tire store on your right.
- Turn right onto NE 175th Street and go one-quarter mile, over two sets of railroad tracks, until you come to stop light on an incline.
- Turn left at the light onto Highway 202 and go 1.6 miles. Follow the road as it curves left and the Chateau’s entrance will be on your right.
+ Food and Picnic Items
Please feel free to bring your own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages. Vendors are in the Amphitheatre at each performance.
+ Winery Tours
Tours are available on the hour and half-hour from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on concert days. The wine shop and grounds close at 5:00 p.m. to all non-ticket holders.
