2010 Cold Creek Red
This wine captures the essence of our Cold Creek Vineyard – commanding structure enrobed in rich, luscious fruit. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Syrah (27%), Merlot (5%) and Cabernet Franc (3%) offers notes of molasses and tobacco intertwined around succulent black cherries and cassis. Excellent with a bacon-wrapped filet and grilled Portobello mushrooms.

2013 Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Franc
This variety expresses both fruit and herbal complexities in its flavors and aromas; a hot vintage like 2013 ripened those flavors to black cherry and sweet cooking herbs. The lengthy growing season in 2013 also allowed the tannins to achieve full ripeness –a luxurious silky expression.
2011 Cold Creek Vineyard Syrah

2009 C-S-M Red Wine
“CSM” refers to the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Malbec that were blended to create this limited release wine. For this 2009 vintage, we sourced all of the fruit from our vineyard at Canoe Ridge Estate in Washington’s Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The Cab adds structure, while the Malbec and Syrah bring brambleberry flavors and a lush texture to the red wine.
2012 Walla Walla Red Wine
Wines from the unique Walla Walla Valley AVA can be anything from fine boned and elegant to broad and stout in structure. Our 2012 interpretation is a bridge between these extremes, full of bright fruit and sculpted tannin, like fine silk draped over an oak canopy.
