2010 Limited Release Waussie Riesling
The 2010 Waussie (Washington + Aussie) Riesling is made in a dry style, more typical of an Australian Riesling, with vibrant citrus flavors and a refined and delicate palate. The wine’s crisp acidity and elegant style also makes it very versatile with seafood. A cooler vintage allowed the 2010 Riesling to develop concentrated flavors and vibrant acidity.

We received such great feedback on our Oak Oval wines that we had to produce a second one! Yakima Valley sourced Chardonnay was the right choice to break in our newest Oak Oval barrel. The wine was aged sur lie for four months to extract the beautiful apple, pear and nutmeg aromas.
2015 Limited Release Pinot Blanc
We are excited about our first vintage of Pinot Blanc sourced from the Yakima Valley. The wine shows hints of anise and cardamom along with stone fruit and floral notes. Tank fermented and aged sur lie for 6 months to show slight minerality in the rich, luscious palate.
