2014 Limited Release Austral Red Wine
The combination of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre is joined by Cinsaut, which refines and brightens the complex palate. Partially fermented and aged in concrete tanks, weaving threads of pure fruit throughout is spiraling depth; focused tannins and exotic spice make this red wine a sensory delight.
2014 Limited Release Coyote Canyon Barbera
The natural high acidity of this grape variety makes for a superb food pairing wine. I was able to couple this quality with our uniquely Washington stamp of vibrant aromas, deep color, and decadent flavors to create a wine that is a delight for all your senses and for any occasion.
2015 Limited Release Boreal Red Wine
This wine highlights the broad range of wine that can be made with Syrah. These Syrah (90%) grapes were co-fermented with Viognier (10%) in the style of Côte-Rôtie in Northern Rhône region of France. The Viognier brings a delicate character to the Syrah and together they create a wine with notes of orange blossom, raspberry brambles and red currants.
2014 Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon
This marks my second foray into crafting my version of a perfect Horse Heaven Hills AVA Cabernet. For this vintage, I focused on vineyards from the warmer, central region of the AVA so that I could exhibit the inherent richness of flavors and elegant tannins that the area can achieve.

2014 Limited Release Cabernet Franc
The vineyard is one of the hottest in Washington, and helps the Cab Franc reach full ripeness year after year. Vintage 2014 was very hot, and the ripening season was quite long. This wine is full, plush, with moderate acidity and beautiful primary fruit shining through.

2014 Limited Release Walla Walla Red Wine Blend
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. At 53%, Cabernet Sauvignon has a slight majority over Merlot’s 47%, but numbers aren’t everything. Their parity of influence is evidenced by the seamless integration of broad and fine tannins, herbal and ripe fruit notes, rich viscosity and elegant lift.
2015 Druthers Cabernet Sauvignon
Dense, ripe tannins were accentuated by nice grip from the firm acid structure, and resulted in a very rich, full expression. Still everything you look for in Druthers – decadence, rich and ripe fruit, full tasty mouthfeel and almost (but not quite) too much of a great Cab!
2015 Limited Release Grenache
Grenache is an enigmatic variety with a vast and wholly pleasing array of delicate and nuanced aromas and flavors. I created this pleasantly vibrant wine to capture some of my favorite shades of its complex identity with a blend of resonate citrus, decadent cherry pie, and earthy spices.
2014 Limited Release Malbec
Malbec in Washington state is becoming a “thing” in my estimation. It loves our warm, dry climate and thrives in almost every region. It’s a wonderful combination of our Cold Creek and Canoe Ridge Vineyards with a touch of Indian Wells. Rich jam and spice flavors, it’s one of my favorites every year.
2015 Limited Release Mourvèdre
Having a glass is like being invited into a grandparent’s study; you enter an inner sanctum of cozy, shadowed corners that cloak you in complex aromas of black fruit, bay leaf, and jasmine and settle you into a recliner of broad strapping tannins and flavors of roasted fowl and tobacco. A pensive wine that rewards attendance with a sensory revelation in each sip.
2016 Limited Release Austral White Wine
This Austral or Southern Rhône-style blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, delivers richness and structure showing stone fruit and ripe melon flavors. A touch of Viognier provides layers of peach and minerality.
2016 Limited Release C-S-M White Wine
This year, we wanted to make a play on the acronym ‘C-S-M’ using an assortment of white varieties. Sémillon lends a fig note while the Chenin brings fresh melon flavor. We added a touch of Muscat Canelli for a hint of juicy fruit. A fun aromatic blend from the Horse Heaven Vineyard.

Sourced from vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills including our vineyard at Canoe Ridge Estate, our Mimi Chardonnay is made in a lightly oaked, elegant style that is great with food. The wine offers apple and pear fruit character with bright natural acidity. This Chardonnay is refreshing yet complex.

2016 Limited Release Chenin Blanc
The 2016 Chenin Blanc exudes classic characters of fresh melon and rose-like floral notes. The finish is crisp and refreshing for ‘summer sipping’. One of my favorites every vintage.
2015 Limited Release Sémillon
Our Sémillon was fermented in stainless steel to retain the natural fig and melon flavors and highlight the intrinsic grassiness. Sémillon is naturally full bodied and this wine shows off a rich, oily texture.
2017 Limited Release Midsummer's White
This summer blend is a refreshing mix of Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat Canelli and Semillon. The combination of different grapes gives this wine a wonderful crisp, spicy edge brimming with melon and ripe yellow peach flavors.
2017 Limited Release Muscat Canelli
A rich, sweet style of Muscat with unctuous flavors of ripe apricot and jasmine spice. For brunch, as an aperitif or after dinner, this wine is both versatile and decadent.
2016 Limited Release Jonté Sauvignon Blanc
Like a ripple dancing across the Loire River, this year’s Jonté Sauvignon Blanc begins gentle and fresh with light pear, white flower, and whispers of cut grass. Alluring lemon and passion fruit splash across the palate.
2017 Limited Release Syrah Rosé
A cooler vintage gave us Yakima Valley Syrah with wonderful acidity and classic flavors of strawberry and raspberry. We soaked the juice on the skins for 4 hours to get the perfect amount of color and flavor and fermented it in stainless steel to maintain the freshness.
2016 Limited Release Viognier
The fruit for this lovely Viognier was primarily fermented in stainless steel to show off beautiful floral aromas, delicate stone fruit with some tropical undertones. The balance of the blend was fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels to offer a hint of spice and give a soft oily texture to the palate.
2015 Limited Release Waussie Riesling
This wine is edgy, like any good Australian, but it shows the restraint and elegance of the Northwest. It is a dry Riesling that shows lime, mandarin, and white peaches tied together with beguiling ginger spice.
2015 Limited Release Tempestade
Instead of fortifying the grapes for a sweet wine, these are fermented to create a dry red wine. The result is an interesting duality; the Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Madeira grapes bring an earthy depth to the wine while the Souzão layers acidity with bright fruit on top.
