2015 Limited Release Boreal Red Wine
This wine highlights the broad range of wine that can be made with Syrah. These Syrah (90%) grapes were co-fermented with Viognier (10%) in the style of Côte-Rôtie in Northern Rhône region of France. The Viognier brings a delicate character to the Syrah and together they create a wine with notes of orange blossom, raspberry brambles and red currants.
2015 Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon
For this wine in particular I strive to create an archetype – a wine that exemplifies the variety and its place of origin. This vintage, that quest led to an eminently enjoyable wine with complex aromas and flavors of blueberries, cocoa, tapenade, and wet stone, complemented by a smooth weighty finish.

Cold Creek is an amazing vineyard for many reasons, not the least of which is its ability to consistently showcase varieties that display purity of fruit along with rich texture from one vintage to the next.
2014 Limited Release Cabernet Franc
The vineyard is one of the hottest in Washington, and helps the Cab Franc reach full ripeness year after year. Vintage 2014 was very hot, and the ripening season was quite long. This wine is full, plush, with moderate acidity and beautiful primary fruit shining through.

2014 Limited Release Walla Walla Red Wine Blend
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. At 53%, Cabernet Sauvignon has a slight majority over Merlot’s 47%, but numbers aren’t everything. Their parity of influence is evidenced by the seamless integration of broad and fine tannins, herbal and ripe fruit notes, rich viscosity and elegant lift.
2015 Druthers Cabernet Sauvignon
Dense, ripe tannins were accentuated by nice grip from the firm acid structure, and resulted in a very rich, full expression. Still everything you look for in Druthers – decadence, rich and ripe fruit, full tasty mouthfeel and almost (but not quite) too much of a great Cab!
2014 Limited Release Malbec
Malbec in Washington state is becoming a “thing” in my estimation. It loves our warm, dry climate and thrives in almost every region. It’s a wonderful combination of our Cold Creek and Canoe Ridge Vineyards with a touch of Indian Wells. Rich jam and spice flavors, it’s one of my favorites every year.
2015 Limited Release Mourvèdre
Having a glass is like being invited into a grandparent’s study; you enter an inner sanctum of cozy, shadowed corners that cloak you in complex aromas of black fruit, bay leaf, and jasmine and settle you into a recliner of broad strapping tannins and flavors of roasted fowl and tobacco.
2012 Limited Release Petit Verdot
Petit Verdot is generally cast in a supporting role for Bordeaux-style blends, but this varietal bottling gives its intense, unique personality a chance to shine. This 2012 vintage does a superb job of highlighting the characteristic dense, brooding structure and alluring dark fruit flavors.
2017 Limited Release Austral White Wine
For the Austral this year, we co-fermented a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier together in a barrel. The result is a seamless, rich wine. We layered tank-fermented Grenache Blanc and Roussanne for brightness while a touch more of Viognier from barrel brought ripe stone fruit and texture.
2015 Limited Release Extended Aging Chardonnay
We held back some of our best barrels from last vintage to make our extended aging Chardonnay. The wines were aged in 100% new French large format puncheons and were lees stirred once per month for 20 months. The wine is a blend of Cold Creek Vineyard, Canoe Ridge Estate and Lawrence Vineyards.
2017 Mimi Chardonnay
Discover Mimi, a delicious Chardonnay sourced from the Horse Heaven Hills, including Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Canoe Ridge Estate Vineyard. Mimi is crafted in a lightly oaked, fresh style which allows the bright, elegant fruit to shine through.
2016 Limited Release Chenin Blanc
The 2016 Chenin Blanc exudes classic characters of fresh melon and rose-like floral notes. The finish is crisp and refreshing for ‘summer sipping’. One of my favorites every vintage.
2017 Limited Release Sémillon
Sémillon may be the most overlooked Noble Grape. It’s unique and it’s the backbone of great Bordeaux-style whites. In this vintage 64% of the wine fermented in neutral oak adding natural richness and 36% fermented in stainless steel to maintain vibrant flavors of fig, melon, and honey!
2017 Limited Release Midsummer's White
This summer blend is a refreshing mix of Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat Canelli and Semillon. The combination of different grapes gives this wine a wonderful crisp, spicy edge brimming with melon and ripe yellow peach flavors.
2017 Limited Release Muscat Canelli
A rich, sweet style of Muscat with unctuous flavors of ripe apricot and jasmine spice. For brunch, as an aperitif or after dinner, this wine is both versatile and decadent.
2017 Limited Release Syrah Rosé
A cooler vintage gave us Yakima Valley Syrah with wonderful acidity and classic flavors of strawberry and raspberry. We soaked the juice on the skins for 4 hours to get the perfect amount of color and flavor and fermented it in stainless steel to maintain the freshness.
2017 Limited Release Viognier
This vibrant Viognier is mostly fermented in stainless to show off lively floral aromas, juicy tropical tones and hints of stone fruit. It is aged on lees for a velvety palate. The barrel portion of the blend is a co-fermentation of Viognier, Marsanne and Rousanne to add the rich spicy complexity on the finish.
2015 Limited Release Waussie Riesling
This wine is edgy, like any good Australian, but it shows the restraint and elegance of the Northwest. It is a dry Riesling that shows lime, mandarin, and white peaches tied together with beguiling ginger spice.
2015 Limited Release Tempestade
Instead of fortifying the grapes for a sweet wine, these are fermented to create a dry red wine. The result is an interesting duality; the Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Madeira grapes bring an earthy depth to the wine while the Souzão layers acidity with bright fruit on top.
2017 Limited Release Oak Oval Gewürztraminer
Sourced from the cooler Yakima Valley, we allowed this juice to undergo a natural fermentation in upright French oak ovals. The wine has wonderful floral and apricot flavors with a spicy note held up by fresh acidity. Letting the wine rest on its lees in the oak lent soft texture and layers of complexity.
2017 Limited Release Oak Oval Chardonnay
In 2017, Chardonnay Block 5 at Zephyr Ridge Vineyard was outstanding. We fermented the wine using native yeast in a brand-new Oak Oval. The oval is not toasted on the inside like a new barrel, so the oak impact is very minimal. This is a complex, fruit-forward, fresh style of Washington Chardonnay.
Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Rosé
Aromas of ripe strawberry with hints of apple and citrus. The initial impression is lively yet dry with subtle spice and berry flavors followed by an elegant, delicately sweet finish.
