2014 Limited Release Cold Creek Vineyard Syrah
The techniques used to create this Syrah added layers of flavor and texture to the iconic profile of Cold Creek Estate Vineyard and created a wine that will evolve in your glass and your cellar.
2017 Cold Fiddle White Wine Blend
Chenin Blanc sets the stage with peach and fresh melon flavors. Semillon adds depth and texture to the wine. Finally, a drier version of Muscat adds spice and effusive floral character without adding sweetness. This wine is playful, but complex.
2014 Limited Release Walla Walla Red Wine Blend
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. At 53%, Cabernet Sauvignon has a slight majority over Merlot’s 47%, but numbers aren’t everything. Their parity of influence is evidenced by the seamless integration of broad and fine tannins, herbal and ripe fruit notes, rich viscosity and elegant lift.
2016 Druthers Cabernet Sauvignon
Continuing the eight-year tradition of our most ostentatious Cabernet, we crafted this wine just for Druthers. Old vine Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet picked at its peak was pushed to the limit in fermentation and aged in the finest oak. The resulting wine has decadent flavors, a robust mouthfeel, and an endless finish.
2015 Limited Release Mourvèdre
Having a glass is like being invited into a grandparent’s study; you enter an inner sanctum of cozy, shadowed corners that cloak you in complex aromas of black fruit, bay leaf, and jasmine and settle you into a recliner of broad strapping tannins and flavors of roasted fowl and tobacco.
2017 Limited Release Austral White Wine
For the Austral this year, we co-fermented a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier together in a barrel. The result is a seamless, rich wine. We layered tank-fermented Grenache Blanc and Roussanne for brightness while a touch more of Viognier from barrel brought ripe stone fruit and texture.
2016 Limited Release Extended Aging Chardonnay
We hold some of our best barrels from the previous vintage to make this
Chardonnay. These barrels are 100% new French oak and were lees stirred once a month for 20 months. This extended time in barrel gives the wine time to develop complexity and integration.
2017 Mimi Chardonnay
Discover Mimi, a delicious Chardonnay sourced from the Horse Heaven Hills, including Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Canoe Ridge Estate Vineyard. Mimi is crafted in a lightly oaked, fresh style which allows the bright, elegant fruit to shine through.
2017 Limited Release Chenin Blanc
This wine is sourced from old vines in the Yakima Valley. The area is slightly cooler allowing for extended hangtime and riper flavor development. It shows classic Chenin Blanc characters of fresh melon and intense floral notes, with a crisp and refreshing finish. This continues to be one of my favorite wines.
2017 Limited Release Sémillon
Sémillon may be the most overlooked Noble Grape. It’s unique and it’s the backbone of great Bordeaux-style whites. In this vintage 64% of the wine fermented in neutral oak adding natural richness and 36% fermented in stainless steel to maintain vibrant flavors of fig, melon, and honey!
2017 Limited Release Muscat Canelli
A rich, sweet style of Muscat with unctuous flavors of ripe apricot and jasmine spice. For brunch, as an aperitif or after dinner, this wine is both versatile and decadent.
2017 Limited Release Jonté Sauvignon Blanc
The Jonté is a natural dancer. Ten percent barrel ferment provides the rhythm while aromas of green apple and white flower flitter into lively citrus and snap peas. The palate twirls between rich tangerine and tropical guava. Harmonized flavors and lush textures give this wine an elegant, long finish.
2018 Limited Release Syrah Rosé
Once picked, the Syrah grapes were soaked for several hours to extract a perfect pink color and gorgeous red fruit aromas. The wine fermented in stainless steel to maintain purity and allow the refreshing natural acidity to shine through, producing a crowd-pleasing wine great for sharing any time of the year.
2017 Limited Release Viognier
This vibrant Viognier is mostly fermented in stainless to show off lively floral aromas, juicy tropical tones and hints of stone fruit. It is aged on lees for a velvety palate. The barrel portion of the blend is a co-fermentation of Viognier, Marsanne and Rousanne to add the rich spicy complexity on the finish.
2015 Limited Release Tempestade
Instead of fortifying the grapes for a sweet wine, these are fermented to create a dry red wine. The result is an interesting duality; the Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Madeira grapes bring an earthy depth to the wine while the Souzão layers acidity with bright fruit on top.
2017 Limited Release Oak Oval Gewürztraminer
Sourced from the cooler Yakima Valley, we allowed this juice to undergo a natural fermentation in upright French oak ovals. The wine has wonderful floral and apricot flavors with a spicy note held up by fresh acidity. Letting the wine rest on its lees in the oak lent soft texture and layers of complexity.
2017 Limited Release Oak Oval Chardonnay
In 2017, Chardonnay Block 5 at Zephyr Ridge Vineyard was outstanding. We fermented the wine using native yeast in a brand-new Oak Oval. The oval is not toasted on the inside like a new barrel, so the oak impact is very minimal. This is a complex, fruit-forward, fresh style of Washington Chardonnay.

Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Rosé
Aromas of ripe strawberry with hints of apple and citrus. The initial impression is lively yet dry with subtle spice and berry flavors followed by an elegant, delicately sweet finish.
Domaine Ste. Michelle Extra Dry
The Domaine Ste. Michelle Extra Dry is a slightly sweeter style of sparkling wine. With delicate aromas of orange and lemon zest, this elegant wine reveals flavors of apples and pears with a persistent column of bubbles.
This bottle fermented sparkling wine, produced using traditional Méthode Champenoise techniques, exhibits fruit-forward aromas of lemon-lime, fresh flowers and crisp green apple. Ripe pear and hints of baking spices greet the palate with a sweet-tart finish.
