Chateau Ste. Michelle’s kitchen is being taken over! Local Seattle restaurant, The Metropolitan Grill, is coming to the Chateau Ste. Michelle kitchen and we’re serving up an amazing selection of our wines perfectly paired with their menu items for one night and one night only! Each dish will be perfectly paired with wines chosen by head winemaker, Bob Bertheau, in honor of this momentous occasion.
Seating is very limited, maximum of 6 people per reservation. Reservations and pre-payment are required to guarantee your booking.

Starter
Togarashi Seared Ahi yellow fin ahi tuna
Miso dressing, fresh wasabi root and cucumber goma wakame salad
Salad
Classic Caesar Salad
Whole leaf romaine lettuce, giant garlic crouton, shaved parmesan, and Spanish anchovy

Pineapple crusted Pacific swordfish
Grilled over mesquite coals; Served with Okinawa purple potato mash, baby bok choy, shitake mushrooms and Macadamia lime butter sauce
