2014 Riesling

A pleasing blend of Riesling sourced from throughout Washington State’s Columbia Valley, this wine offers crisp apple aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. Riesling grapes were harvested in September and October at the peak of flavor ripeness, with fermentation temperatures maintained to preserve the fresh and fruity character. This is our “everyday Riesling” that is a pleasure to drink and easy to match with a variety of foods.

2013 Merlot

We craft this wine to be our complex yet approachable Merlot. The wine offers aromas of black cherry, leather and spice with layers of rich dark red fruit flavors and a long, smooth, sweet finish. Washington State’s 2013 growing season was warm and consistent throughout for our Columbia Valley vineyards, perfect for fruit ripening. A touch of Syrah adds a jammy fruit character. This beautifully balanced Merlot is a great “any time” red wine.

This is a lush style of Gewürztraminer with intense floral character, yet it still maintains the grape’s natural crisp acidity. A majority of the fruit is from selected cooler sites in Washington’s Yakima Valley, which yields bright, aromatic Gewürztraminer fruit. 2014 was an ideal growing season and one of the warmest on record in Eastern Washington.

Our Pinot Gris style falls between the lighter Italian Pinot Grigio and the richer, rounder Pinot Gris from Alsace. The Chateau Ste. Michelle Pinot Gris offers fresh flavors of juicy pear, melon and a hint of spice. One of the warmest seasons on record in Washington State, 2015 saw optimal ripening across all wine varieties, including Pinot Gris.
