Seafood Celebration! We live in an amazing area with world famous ocean treasures so come join Chef de Cuisine, Scott Harberts, as he prepares a sampling of what the Pacific NW has to offer! He will prepare delicious dishes that will be expertly paired with some of Chateau Ste. Michelle’s best wines and maybe a few surprises.
