Join us at the Chateau with certified cheese professional, Alison Leber, ACS CCP--The Roving Cheesemonger. She will teach you the art of making mozzarella, chèvre, and ricotta cheeses. Each guest will leave with the hands-on knowledge and recipe cards to recreate each cheese at home. To top it off, we will lead you through a wine and cheese pairing experience with freshly made cheeses and some amazing wines.

The class runs approximately three hours and is guaranteed to be a fun and unique experience. Space is extremely limited; we recommend you act quickly to secure your spot.
