In accordance with King County's current COVID-19 health protocols, starting September 7th masks will be required for outdoor events and crowded locations - including concerts - regardless of vaccination status. Children under 5 years old will not be required to wear a mask.

Ticketmaster.com is the exclusive ticket provider for all ticketed Chateau Ste. Michelle Summer Concerts. Tickets are only available to purchase online or at the winery - day of show only, depending on availability. Tickets will not be sold at the winery beforehand.

WARNING TO FANS: Don’t be duped! Tickets purchased from sources other than Ticketmaster may not be valid. Chateau Ste. Michelle is unable to honour or replace invalid tickets.

Ticketmaster service fees vary depending on the type of purchase you choose—online, phone, mail order, etc. If purchasing day of show at the winery, the service fee is $5.00. Click here to see how tickets can be issued with estimated delivery time.

If available, day of show tickets may be purchased in the Chateau Ste. Michelle Visitor Center (cash, check or charge) or the South Gate Will Call booth (cash only). There is no extra charge for day of show tickets when available. Service Charges will still apply.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a concert cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase. Please contact Ticketmaster directly for lost tickets purchased from Ticketmaster.

Due to artist contracts and venue capacity regulations a ticket is required for children three years of age and older attending a performance (no exceptions). Children age two or younger are free with a ticketed adult in the general admission area. Reserve Seating requires a ticket for all guests.

Ticketholders will enter through metal detectors upon entry and all bags are subject to search. Please be prepared to remove all metal objects from your pockets to make searches go quickly.

We strongly recommend bringing fewer items to get into the Amphitheatre faster. Accessible entrances are available at both the north and south gates.  

Acceptable Items:

  • Beach chairs (see “CHAIRS/CONCERT SEATING”)
  • Picnic food carried in soft sided, hand carried coolers, tote bag, or small backpack 
  • Sealed non-alcoholic beverages, and sealed or empty nonalcoholic beverage containers
  • There are two water refill stations inside the Amphitheatre
  • Small camp tables no larger than 3ft by 3ft wide and 2ft high
  • Cheese or butter knives with a dull blade
  • Umbrellas only prior to the performance(s) and during intermission, or during heavy rain only and must be put down during weather breaks.
  • Service Animals

  • Outside alcoholic beverages 
  • Hard sided coolers, and coolers with wheels
  • Wagons and carts
  • Tents and canopies
  • Opened water or nonalcoholic beverage containers
  • Industrial camping backpacks, duffel bags, and luggage
  • Cannabis consumption, and illegal drugs/substances or drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons including but not limited to firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, clubs, batons, pepper spray, tear gas
  • Open flames, barbecues, fireworks, and candles
  • Knives other than cheese or butter knives with a dull blade, including pocket knives
  • Flash cameras, professional cameras, digital cameras with zoom lenses, and tape/video recording devices
  • Frisbees, balls/beach balls
  • Drones and laser pointers
  • Selfie sticks
  • Wine stake holders
  • Animals and pets

 

Alcoholic beverages consumed on the winery grounds must be purchased at the winery as required by the Washington State Liquor Control Board (WAC 314-24/RCW 66-04-0III). No other beer, spirits or wine brands are permitted anywhere on the winery grounds and will be confiscated. All coolers and bags will be checked upon entry to the Amphitheatre.

Wine is available for purchase until approximately just after intermission or approximately an hour and a half before the end of the show. Electronic payment will only be accepted for wine purchases. 

Chateau Ste. Michelle wines and a variety of fresh food items from selected northwest vendors are available for purchase in the Amphitheatre and Visitor Center at each show.

Lawn/General Admission (GA) seating is festival-style and “first come, first served” on the Amphitheatre lawn. Blankets and/or low beach chairs are permitted anywhere in GA seating. High-backed chairs (seat higher than 12” from the ground or the top of the back is taller than 32 from the ground” - excluding wheelchairs) will be required to move to the designated “High Back Chair” areas. Inflatable chairs are not allowed. View chair examples. Low back chairs are available for purchase in the Visitor Center and on the Amphitheatre grounds. Chairs will be available for purchase at the wine tent on the concert field. Reserved seating is located directly in front of the stage with chairs provided.

Most ticket holders will be allowed into the Amphitheatre approximately two hours before the concert is scheduled to start.

There are two gates that allow entry to the Amphitheatre. The North Gate is located in front of the winery and the South Gate is located in the back of the property. The South Gate is about a 5-8 minute walk around the northeast side of the property. Guests parking onsite are welcome to ask the parking staff to be parked near this gate.

Ticketed individuals with disabilities and one ticketed companion will be allowed to enter the Amphitheatre through the designated ADA line at each gate.

Please be aware that reentry is not permitted.

The Amphitheatre is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted inside the Amphitheatre. Please note that re-entry is not permitted.

All concerts are performed outside and held RAIN or SHINE. Please dress for the weather. There is no covered seating. General admission seating is on the lawn. Shade umbrellas are permitted only prior to the performance(s) and during intermission. Normal rain umbrellas will be permitted during heavy rain only and must be put down during weather breaks.

Every guest is allowed to enjoy the concert in their own personal space by sitting or standing. 

Due to our various food preparation permits, pets are not allowed inside the winery gates. If you are traveling with a pet, please know pets are not allowed to be kept inside of cars during the concert. Our parking lot does not have shade and on warm days cars become dangerously warm.
Service Animals are permitted in all public areas of the grounds. A Service Animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability and does not include emotional support, comfort or companionship animals.  Service Animals must be housetrained and must be kept under control at all times while on Chateau Ste. Michelle property. Service Animals exhibiting behavior that creates a risk to persons or property may be subject to removal.   

Carpooling and ride share services are encouraged. Limited parking on-site is available for $25 cash or credit card.

Free off-site parking is located approximately one-quarter mile north of the winery on Hwy 202—please follow the signs. Off-site parking includes a complimentary shuttle service provided before, during and after the concert. Parking attendants will be on hand to direct cars to both on-site and off-site parking areas.

Buses or motor coaches must also call 425-415-3327 in advance for parking arrangements. There is no RV or camper parking available at Chateau Ste. Michelle—these vehicles must park off-site.

Please stop by the Information Booth at the North Gate for taxis phone numbers. We encourage all attendees to plan ahead and designate a driver so everyone gets home safely. Please note that due to traffic restrictions and parking management, ride share vehicles are unable to access the winery property for approximately 45 minutes after the end of concerts and must pick up outside the property on 145th street. The ride share pick up point is approximately a 5 minute walk from the Amphitheater gates on a paved path. Guests that prefer not to walk to the outside of the property are welcome to wait until cars parked onsite are clear of the winery gates before calling a car service. We also recommend utilizing the complimentary shuttle to be dropped off in the offsite parking location for an easier pick up and exit from the area. See above for offsite parking location.

Bicycle racks are available in several locations on the winery grounds.

Tickets for ADA Reserved seating is available for purchase through Ticketmaster for guests who require accommodation. There are accessible routes throughout the Amphitheatre to venue amenities from both the Reserve and Lawn/General Admission seating areas.

Ticket holders with a disability, along with one companion, can access the Amphitheatre through the designated ADA line at either gate. Any additional members of a party will enter with the general public.  

ADA parking is available near both the south and north entrance of the amphitheater. Please ask the parking attendants to direct you to ADA parking upon arrival. ADA Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are available to individuals with a state disabled parking permit.  If all ADA parking spots have been taken, guests with disabilities may be dropped off in front of the winery and parking will be offered in another location.

There are portable bathrooms located on both sides of the Amphitheatre. Bathrooms indoors can be accessed through the Visitor Center until wine sales close - approximately an hour and a half before the end of the show. Reserve ticket holders are able to access the indoor bathrooms directly from the Amphitheatre.

There are Will Call booths at the South and North Gate entrances to the Chateau Ste. Michelle Amphitheatre. Both booths open approximately one hour before gates to the Amphitheatre open with tickets for that day’s show only.

Artist merchandise is provided by the tour; some artists do not carry merchandise with them. If available, merchandise will be located inside the North Gate entrance of the Amphitheatre during the concert.

 

All lost and found items are kept in a secure location at the winery. During a concert please contact any of our security personnel to inquire about your item. Anytime following a show, please contact our Security Department at 425-892-0904.

EMTs are available to assist with any medical emergency. Remember to wear shoes at all times for your safety.

There is no RV or camper parking available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. For information on hotels, restaurants or other attractions in the area, please contact Visit Woodinville.

Chateau Ste. Michelle is located in Woodinville, Washington approximately 15 miles northeast of Seattle. Map & Driving Directions. The tasting room and grounds close at 4:00 p.m. to all non-ticket holders.
