Return to Tuscany with Chef Scott Harberts.

When his culinary career started he was enamored with Italy, and the foods of Tuscany. Since then he has explored the cuisines of other cultures and learned about numerous other flavors. For this dinner he decided to return to his roots and visit Tuscan fare once again. So, join him for a night of fun, food, and vino Italian style.

Guests attending must be 21 years or older. NOTE: Due to the nature of our unique dining experiences, we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests. Come join Chef Kurt Olson for a 4 course vegetarian feast featuring a “fungi” to be around… Mr. Mushroom!

Kurt will work his culinary magic with NW autumn vegetables and foraged mushrooms to create comfort foods that pair beautifully with some of Chateau Ste. Michelle’s best wines and a few surprises! A delicious evening with a vegetarian twist!
