Pork and Shrimp Sui Mei (Dumplings)


8 oz Ground Pork
8 oz Shrimp
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Lime
36 Round wonton wrappers
Extra soy sauce for dipping


Combine pork, shrimp, and seasonings in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well blended and shrimp are smooth.

Divide the filling between the wonton wrappers. Wrap the sides around the filling, leaving the top open.

Set up a steamer and steam the dumplings until firm, about 8 minutes.

Serve with soy sauce to dip.
