Turkey Stuffing Bites

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup finely chopped onion 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg JENNIE O® Ground Turkey 1 (6-oz) pkg savory herbs stuffing mix 
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup ricotta cheese 
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 large egg, lightly beaten 
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary 
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme 
  • 1 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce 
  • ½ cup mayonnaise 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. 
  2. Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat until onion is tender. Spoon into a large bowl; let cool 10 minutes. 
  3. Add turkey, stuffing mix, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, rosemary, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. 
  4. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls and place on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. 
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and a thermometer inserted registers 165° F. 
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar until smooth. 
  7. Serve as dipping sauce for bites.
