Turkey Stuffing Bites

Ingredients
- ¾ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (16-oz) pkg JENNIE O® Ground Turkey 1 (6-oz) pkg savory herbs stuffing mix
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat until onion is tender. Spoon into a large bowl; let cool 10 minutes.
- Add turkey, stuffing mix, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, rosemary, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Shape mixture into 2-inch balls and place on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and a thermometer inserted registers 165° F.
- Meanwhile, whisk together cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar until smooth.
- Serve as dipping sauce for bites.
