Chateau Society Wine & Social Club encompasses our passion for exceptional wines, memorable experiences and a welcoming community. This evolution is inspired by the value we place on your experience and your continued support.

No action is needed! We will automatically move your membership into the corresponding tier:

• Grand Vin & Heritage Reserve 12-Bottle = Collector
• Heritage Reserve 6-Bottle = Premier
• Estate 4-Bottle, Estate Rouge 4-Bottle & Estate Blanc 4-Bottle = Discovery 4
• Estate 2-Bottle, Estate Rouge 2-Bottle = Discovery 2

Yes, all members will receive the same number of wines per release, as well as the same preference for varietals. The only difference is for previous Estate Blanc members. As Discovery 4 members, they will now receive two bottles of two white wines rather than four different white wines.

Most members will not see a change in their cost per release. We encourage you to review your new club tier details that are listed on this page. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Concierge Team with any questions at chateausociety@ste-michelle.com.

It won’t! Your membership longevity is not impacted - your tenure remains intact.

• Referral Rewards
  All members can receive credits towards winery experiences through a new referral rewards program. For every friend or family member you refer to join, you’ll receive $25 to use towards an experience.


• Virtual Wine Experiences
  All members have access to a series of quarterly virtual wine experiences. From cooking classes and Q&As with winemakers to exploring new wine and food pairings, our virtual experiences will give all members a chance to experience our wines with friends in your home and online.


• Included Tastings
  All members now have a pre-set number of tastings which can be used in our club spaces during the calendar year. Each tasting is for one individual experience – use them for yourself or treat a group of friends (you must be present as well!). Groups will be accommodated as space is available. Once you've used your included club tastings, you and your guests will pay a discounted rate of $10 per tasting in our club spaces. One fee may be waived with each bottle purchase. Note that unused membership tastings expire at the end of the year.


• Greater Flexibility
  Discovery 4 members (previously Estate Rouge 4-Bottle, Estate Blanc and Estate 4-Bottle) will receive their selection of all-red, all-white or a mix of red and white wines, but now they can choose to swap any release for a pre-determined selection of an alternate varietal. To do so, look for an email sent four weeks prior to each release and respond with your preference. Premier members (formerly Heritage 6-Bottle) can continue to opt-in to an all-red selection for any release as well.


• Higher Tier Benefits
  Our top-tier memberships, Collector and Premier, now have access to a higher tier of benefits, including greater discounts on club selections and wine bottle purchases. Check out the full list of benefits noted on this page.

Tell the new member to list your name and contact details where prompted in their club application (online, in-person or on the phone). Once their membership is processed, you will receive an email confirmation about the status of your reward credit and how to apply it toward experiences.

We’re providing the added flexibility for members who want to maximize their membership benefits but don’t have the opportunity to visit as frequently. Now members can use multiple tastings during a single visit, a great perk if you’d like to treat a group of friends or family. This change will also help provide more access to our tasting spaces for more members.

If you are a member of two or more tiers:

• Club selection and shipping rate discounts are based on the applicable tier.
• All other discounts based on percentage cannot be combined. They will be based on the members’ highest tier level. These discounts include:
  • Wine bottle and 12-bottle case discounts
  • Experience discounts
  • Culinary and merchandise discounts
• Benefits that can be combined include:
  • Guest Passes
  • Included Tastings

Member benefits are non-transferable except for those which are included in guest pass access.

Shipping discounts apply to release shipments. However, you can add additional wines to your releases and receive the same rate. To add wines to your releases, contact the Concierge Team at chateausociety@ste-michelle.com.
