- Maximum of 2 tickets per pre-concert event may be purchased. Those with multiple memberships may still only purchase 2 tickets.
- Individuals interested in purchasing up to 2 additional tickets may join a waitlist by contacting the Concierge Team (1-800-866-6276). Additional guests may be accommodated one week prior based on availability.
- In the event of a sellout, members may contact the Concierge Team (1-800-866-6276) to join a waitlist.
- Garden Lounge Pre-Concert event tickets are non-refundable.
- The Garden Lounge is only available for a select number of concerts. Please check our event calendar prior to purchasing.
