Held as a series of 5 classes on October 12, 19, 26 and November 2, 9.

While there is no grape stomping, these five classes of “basic training” could not be more fun! We will focus on the Significant Seven, the varietals that make up 90% of the wines we drink, and learn about the regions that made them legendary. Explore grape growing in the Columbia Valley to better understand what makes it a world class wine region. Taste sparkling, fortified, and dessert wines along with delicious food pairings.*

Accommodates up to 20 guests. Available only as a 5 class package. Approximately 2 hours for each class. 5:30 – 7:30pm.
