2021 Limited Release Viognier, Yakima Valley
This lovely Viognier from the cooler climate of the Yakima Valley is mainly fermented in stainless steel to show off the brilliant floral aromas and juicy tropical notes. The barrel component adds the rich unctuousness to complete this luscious wine.

2020 Limited Release Aligoté, Snipes Mountain
Fermented in stainless to keep the wine fresh and barrels to add some weight, enjoy hints of lime and a silky minerality that is balanced with bright acidity in this delicious dry wine.

2021 Limited Release Chenin Blanc, Horse Heaven Hills
Chenin Blanc retains its distinct identity but also echoes its surroundings. This unique characteristic allowed me to use wine fermented in concrete, barrel and stainless steel to create the most complex wine possible. Enjoy beautiful floral aromas, with a balance of liveliness and lushness.
