Tasting Notes

Blend:
67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Syrah, 11% Malbec
Aging:
Aged for 24 months in 40% new French oak barrels
Alcohol:
14.8%

0.56 g/100 mL
F:
Fermented in small lots for maximum flexibility during blending. Daily gentle pumpovers during fermentation help extract optimal flavor and color.
