Kati plans and oversees a variety of events at the Chateau. She works closely with the winery’s culinary team to plan unique menus, and manages guest services staff in facilitating events. She has coordinated corporate luncheons and dinners, auctions, intimate gatherings, holiday parties, and more.

For Kati, customer service comes first. “My goal is to provide the best possible service for our guests – from the initial planning stages thru the main event,” Kati says. “The Chateau is a special place to host an event. We have great event spaces, highly acclaimed wines, a talented culinary team, and amazing staff. I want every guest to experience what the winery has to offer.”

Kati’s previous experience includes Tully’s Coffee and the San Diego Zoo, where she honed her customer service skills. Kati has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University.
