Swing by the Chateau Lobby from 11am - 5pm, Wednesday – Sunday. No appointment is necessary.
Please note we will be open for club pickups on release Tuesdays (October 7 & 21 and November 4 & 11).
We are here to serve you and will do our best to accommodate members who need to schedule a fulfillment pickup appointment outside of our operating hours. Please call our club concierge team at 800.866.6276 for any specific requests.

Pick Up Reminder
We allow you six months to pick up your wine or make alternate arrangements for delivery. Due to higher traffic volume, pick ups are not recommended after 2pm on concert days.
If you are unable to pick up your wine within the six month time frame, we will donate your wines to our Charitable Donations Program which emphasizes funding priorities in the following areas:
Viticulture & Enological Education
Culinary & Visual Arts
Community Service
Diversity & Inclusion
Environment & Sustainability
