77% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah
Aging:
Aged for 18 months in French (41%) and American (15%) oak, 56% new. Frequent aerative racking took place during barrel aging to soften tannins and enhance mouthfeel.

Ripe grapes were destemmed and inoculated with various strains of yeast to maximize complexity, including natural yeasts.
