The 2021 Fringes Pinot Noir is a rare treat. The warm vintage produced a lower crop yield leading to excellent color and structure. The palate opens with raspberry, strawberry and spice supported with sweet oak and cleansing acidity. Portions of the crop were fermented in oak puncheons to create a diversity of fruit expression.

Specifically selected as a favorite from the vintage, this wine showcases the beauty of Dry Riesling. With its crisp acidity, minerality and zesty citrus notes, this wine is both complex and refreshing with a hint of sweetness on the finish.

Character builds season after season in the growth rings of the old woody vines. Sun-drenched growing conditions with low rainfall result in small berries with full-bodied flavors. This Cabernet has broad-shouldered structure, concentrated fruit characters and deep color.

This Sémillon is all about the texture! A portion was fermented on the skins, for complexity and backbone. The remainder was vinified in clay amphora for richness, concrete for minerality and stainless steel for vibrancy and fruit intensity.
