This unique characteristic allowed me to capture a remarkable vintage and use wine from concrete, barrel and stainless steel to create the most complex wine possible with a balance of liveliness and lushness.

This vintage sparkling wine is a great match with clam chowder, cedar planked salmon, cracked crab and many other seafood delicacies.

This Sémillon is all about the texture! A portion was fermented on the skins, for complexity and backbone. The remainder was vinified in clay amphora for richness, concrete for minerality and stainless steel for vibrancy and fruit intensity. The result is a complex wine showing notes of honeycomb, grass, and juicy citrus. Enjoy!

This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10 months. The wood for the new barrel portion was seasoned for two years at the winery giving the wine a subtle spice and nutty character combined with concentrated fruit notes of apple and pear. This is a truly unique wine!

Supple texture, remarkable depth and complex flavors are the hallmarks of Eroica XLC. Extended Lees Contact (XLC) is a modern interpretation of classic, Old World, dry-style Riesling. This wine is crafted in an upright oak cask and aged for 22 months on the full lees (spent yeast).

This wine was fermented in stainless steel to enhance the fruit notes of lychee and mandarin. It is gorgeously floral showing perfumy notes of citrus blossom and jasmine. Enjoy!
