2016 Limited Release Austral Red Wine
2016 marks the most complex Austral to date with 5 varieties in the blend: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Cinsaut, and Counoise. 2016 Limited Release Cold Creek Red Wine Blend
Sometimes it's great just to give it your best shot with one mixed fermenter! This entire blend is a co-fermentation of one of our best Merlots (76%) and our one jammy block of Malbec (24%). The Merlot had to hang out awhile and wait for the Malbec to be perfect, but it is worth the wait. Enjoy! - Yakima Valley
2019 Limited Release Oak Oval Gewürztraminer
Grapes sourced for this elegant dry-style Gewürztraminer are from vineyards in the cooler Yakima Valley. Aromas of pink grapefruit, linden and ginger linger in the glass. The wine was primarily fermented in neutral oak for 5 months to offer a luscious velvety palate with hints of coriander and clove.
