Club Releases
Members receive four selections per year that are available either via pick-up at the Chateau or shipped to your preferred address. Need to change your preference? Send an email to chateausociety@ste-michelle.com.

Pick Ups
Pick Up Members: Pick up club selections in the Club Room (located off the Chateau Lobby) Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 11am–5pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am–7pm. No appointment is necessary.
Pro Tip! Due to higher traffic volume, pickups are not recommended after 2pm on concert days.
We will do our best to accommodate members who need to schedule a fulfillment pickup appointment outside of our operating hours. Please call our Club Concierge Team at 800.866.6276 for any specific requests.
Reminder that you have six months to pick up your wine or make alternate arrangements for delivery. If you are unable to pick up within that timeframe, we will kindly donate your selections to our Charitable Donations Program.
Shipments
If your wines are shipped to you, they are sent via UPS approximately 4 business days following the release date. You will receive tracking information once your wines ship. Don’t forget – a signature from someone 21 years or older is required for delivery.
