The 2021 Main Event is a seriously enjoyable wine due, in part, to the fun interplay of fresh powdery structure, lush fruit, and an underbelly of dark herbal intricacies. Cocoa and blueberry notes entice the palate while a delicate and distinctive shrubsteppe character persists throughout.

This 2020 Blanc de Blanc is produced using the traditional Champagne method and exhibits delightful tiny streaming bubbles. It offers aromas of citrus zest and freshly toasted French bread. The initial flavors match the aromatics, but then add in notes of green apple, toasted almonds, and a complex rich finish.

Back by popular demand, I present to you our limited release Pinot Gris. This wine strikes a balance between freshness and richness. Enjoy the hints of pear and luscious melon along with a balanced finish.

Only in Washington can we flip the script on Cabernet Sauvignon like this! Forget oak, tannins and power. Come to the lighter side: Stainless steel, vibrant fruit, delicate palate. This wine delights with aromas and flavors of granny smith apple, white peach and lime zest.

This Dry Muscat Canelli is a captivating expression of the varietal, showcasing its aromatic intensity and vibrant palate in a dry style. With hints of ripe peach and balanced acidity, this is a delightful wine that will pair with any occasion.

The 2017 vintage has produced many red wines with seamless, sometimes even restrained characters. Our second version of Washington state Zin… not so much. Racy aromas of blackberry and spice mingle with a jammy, full throttle finish indicative of this fruit forward variety!

Cabernet Franc is particularly special in Washington. This vintage we brought together wines from warm sites and even some young vines to create a wine that is both fresh and subtlety complex. Fresh berry aromas and flavors are complimented by notes of dried herbs and proofing bread dough.

Like a chameleon, Chenin Blanc retains its distinctive identity, but also echoes its surroundings. This unique characteristic allowed the winemaker to capture a remarkable vintage and use wine from concrete, barrel and stainless steel to create the most complex wine possible with a balance of liveliness and lushness.

This C.S.M. is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc, with a touch of Muscat Canelli. The Chenin Blanc offers bright, fresh melon while the Sauvignon Blanc throws in citrus and minerality. The Muscat Canelli adds a little honeysuckle for intrigue.

Only at Chateau Ste. Michelle will you find a Cabernet like this. This is the wine every powerhouse Cabernet lover has been waiting for. Our very own Cold Creek Vineyard and Heart of the Hill Vineyard meld and rumble to form a complex and cohesive statement of decadence, balance, and depth.

The 2020 Yakima Valley Red Blend brings together ripe brambly boysenberry, and black cherry on the nose, and doubles down on rich juicy berries and dark chocolate on the palate, along with subtle toasty oak. This wine is plush, with elegant tannins that create a beautiful silky mouthfeel.

This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10 months. The wood for the new barrel portion was seasoned for two years at the winery giving the wine a subtle spice and nutty character combined with concentrated fruit notes of apple and pear. This is a truly unique wine!

A drink for the daring. This audacious wine is not shy about the layers of marionberry, dark cherry and sweet tobacco that dance across your tongue. Best enjoyed with live music and dancing under the starlight. To the iconoclast grape of Washington, salud!

A harmonious blend of varietals play beautifully together in this approachable wine. Aromas and flavors of ripe peach and fresh melon interwoven with delicate citrus blossom and lovely minerality; tied together with a kiss of natural sweetness to round out the finish. Aged partially in new French oak, this GSM is 55% Grenache, 38% Mourvèdre and 7% Syrah. Enjoy the fresh notes of raspberries and strawberries that are pleasing on the nose, followed by a palate that is rich and lush, shouting “I want to party!"

For us wine folks, the fall months are a very special time of year. This limited release blend is a tribute to harvest season and all things autumnal! Cozy up with aromas of tangerine and distinctive allspice. Bring on sweater season and layer up with notes of honeydew melon and lychee fruit.

To showcase grapes from the Horse Heaven Hills and using some of Italy’s greatest wines as a model, we blended 92% Sangiovese with 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Characteristic vibrant red fruit and earthy spice of Sangiovese meld with ripe juicy raspberry to create a wine that is fresh, nuanced and smooth.
