2011 Austral White Wine
“The 2011 Austral White Wine is a Rhone-style blend made predominately of Viognier with a bit of Roussanne and Marsanne. On the palate, flavors of apricots and dried fruits blend with a light spice and ends with a complex, lingering finish. Try this wine with antipasto!”

2009 Boreal Red Wine
“Traditionally, Northern Rhone-style
Syrahs are elegant wines with seamless
tannins and this wine is no exception. Flavors of chocolate covered cherries and coffee hit the palate, finishing with a soft, supple texture and beautiful complexity. We added a hint of Viognier to soften the wine and showcase its feminine side.”

2008 Cinsaut
“Our 2008 Cinsaut delivers fresh flavors of strawberries and cherries with a light white pepper spice. A soft and round mouth with a clean finish makes this an easy-to-drink, refreshing red wine. Serve it slightly chilled and try it with herb roasted chicken.”

2009 Cold Creek Red
"This luscious Red wine from Cold Creek
Vineyard is a blend of bold Cabernet
Sauvignon (51%) softened by Syrah (30%)
with Merlot (12%) and Cabernet Franc
(7%) for additional layers and texture.
Dark fruit flavors are complemented by
notes of spice and a lingering finish."

2009 C-S-M Red Wine
“CSM” implies Chateau Ste. Michelle, but in this case, refers to the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Malbec that were blended to create this limited release wine. We sourced all of the fruit from our vineyard at Canoe Ridge Estate. The Cab adds structure, while the Malbec and Syrah bring brambleberry flavors and a
lush texture to the wine.”

2010 C-S-M White Wine
"C-S-M White showcases the layers of flavor that the Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat (hence the acronym CSM) lend to this wine. Chardonnay adds viscosity and texture and Sauvignon Blanc gives it a beautiful peachy and herb character. The addition of 1% Muscat provides a floral perfume and touch of minerality on the palate. This would be an excellent wine to pair with your favorite salmon dishes."

2009 Druthers Cabernet Sauvignon
“The 2009 Druthers Cabernet Sauvignon
is a bold and assertive wine that exhibits intense dark fruit aromas and fl avors. We blended Druthers to be a powerful wine with layers of complexity. On the palate, there is incredible fruit concentration and robust, yet balanced tannins that linger on the finish.”

2008 Grenache
“This bright wine bursts with concentrated flavors of crushed raspberries and delivers aromas of spicy lavender and thyme. Soft and seamless tannins round out the wine with a rich but yielding finish. This Grenache is my go-to wine for holiday dinners – excellent with butternut squash, late harvest vegetables, pork and salmon.”

2010 Malbec
“Every year I get Malbec from different areas of Washington state – The majority of fruit for the 2010 vintage came from our Indian Wells vineyard in the Wahluke Slope. This wine showcases high-toned fruit flavors of black cherries and boysenberries with additional floral notes. Intense jam and spicy elements in the palate give way to a round, soft finish.”

2009 Mourvèdre
“This wine is a very typical Mourvèdre,
showing beautiful black fruits highlighted by savory notes of soy, leather and exotic spices. The 2009 vintage was a great one for Mourvèdre, as this variety really likes the
Washington state heat, and this vintage was a classic for the region. The mouthfeel is always rounder and softer than expected, which is why I love to blend with this variety as well. Try this with a hearty beef stew.”

2011 Muscat Canelli
“A fan favorite in our winery’s retail shop, the Muscat Canelli is a refreshing wine with aromas and flavors of ripe pear and ginger spice. Its sweetness is perfectly balanced by its crisp acidity. Try this with Asian cuisine or as an aperitif!”

2007 Petit Verdot
“There’s nothing petite about this Petit Verdot. The nose is jam-packed with cocoa, spice, tobacco, black cherry and just a hint of lilac. The palate is huge and chewy, with mouth coating tannins reminiscent of dark chocolate. This variety can add a lot of bass notes and structure to a Meritage blend, but I think it is fascinating to see its power and richness all on its own as well.”

2008 Stone Tree Vineyard Syrah
"Our Stone Tree Syrah is what I like to call ‘Syrah in the raw’. Made with 100% Syrah fruit from the Wahluke Slope, this is a rich, powerful wine with an earthy nose and big fruit flavors. Enjoy this fullbodied wine with pepper-crusted steak."

2007 Tempestade
“Sourced from Portuguese varietals in our Cold Creek vineyard, this dark, earthy wine delivers pronounced aromas of mocha and dark fruit. On the palate, the Tempestade is dense and full with flavors of chocolate, blueberries and cream.”

Sourced mostly from our vineyard

refreshing and beautifully balanced
– a great pairing for shrimp scampi!”

2010 Viognier
“This Viognier has great body and
exhibits fresh aromas and flavors
of tropical fruit with spicy floral
notes. It displays a touch of richness
from aging in the Fuder for three
months. This would pair well with
scallops, cheese and seafood pasta.”

2006 Wahluke Slope Syrah
“Juicy blackberry fruit, boysenberry pie and roasted espresso grace this soft Syrah. Plush on the palate, this wine is fleshy, viscous and mouth-filling. A tribute to the Wahluke Slope style
of fruit – forward and jammy.”

2011 Waussie Riesling
“Joining my Australian roots with
Washington Riesling grapes, this
Waussie (Washington + Aussie)
Riesling is made in a dry style,
more typical of an Australian
Riesling. The wine’s fresh citrus
flavors and crisp acidity makes it
very versatile with food. I personally enjoy this wine with
fresh Northwest seafood!”
