2019 Limited Release Austral White Wine
This blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne delivers richness and structure. Some of the Viognier was fermented in stainless steel to lend a bright pretty fruit note. The remaining Viognier, along with the Marsanne and Roussanne, was fermented in neutral barrels adding a creamy texture. - Horse Heaven Hills

2021 Limited Release Aligoté

2021 Limited Release Chenin Blanc
Chenin Blanc retains its distinct identity but also echoes its surroundings. This unique characteristic allowed me to use wine fermented in concrete, barrel and stainless steel to create the most complex wine possible. No way, Gamay? We sought out one of the few Washington Gamay plantings, Carousel Vineyard, to bring you this lively, fruity Gamay. This wine saw carbonic fermentation in a concrete pyramid, and was blended with some whole cluster stainless steel fermented Gamay for the ideal blend. - Columbia Valley
2014 Limited Release Austral Red Wine
The combination of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre is joined by Cinsaut, which refines and brightens the complex palate. 2014 Limited Release Tempestade
Long time club members may remember Tempestade as a dark, brooding wine. Not for this vintage; the 2014 has had a makeover! Old vine Portuguese varieties from Cold Creek vineyard were fermented together as a field blend, then aged in concrete to preserve the explosive fruit and rich minerality. - Columbia Valley
2015 Limited Release Boreal Red Wine
This wine highlights the broad range of wine that can be made with Syrah. These Syrah (90%) grapes were co-fermented with Viognier (10%) in the style of Côte-Rôtie in Northern Rhône region of France. The Viognier brings a delicate character to the Syrah and together they create a wine with notes of orange blossom, raspberry brambles and red currants. - Horse Heaven Hills
2015 Limited Release Native Red Wine Blend
Using the yeast naturally occurring on the grapes in the vineyard allows this wine to show the complexity and depth that slower and more diverse fermentations can yield. Bright berry notes jump out but give way to cucumber and herbs. - Columbia Valley
2015 Limited Release Tempestade
Instead of fortifying the grapes for a sweet wine, these are fermented to create a dry red wine. The result is an interesting duality; the Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Madeira grapes bring an earthy depth to the wine while the Souzão layers acidity with bright fruit on top. - Columbia Valley
2015 Limited Release Druthers Cabernet Sauvignon
Dense, ripe tannins were accentuated by nice grip from the firm acid structure, and resulted in a very rich, full expression. Still everything you look for in Druthers; decadence, rich and ripe fruit, full tasty mouthfeel and almost (but not quite) too much of a great Cab! - Columbia Valley
2015 Limited Release Cold Creek Red
The 2015 vintage was the warmest and earliest on record, however our cool Harvest evenings kept the natural acidity intact, so all of the lush, ripe fruit has a tight framework. Dark cherry fruit, ripe berry notes, and a long seamless mouthfeel define this wine. - Horse Heaven Hills
2016 Limited Release Sémillon
This year’s Sémillon was a stand-out! All of the fruit was sourced from our Horse Heaven Vineyard which is a cooler site that allows for extra hang time and flavor development. This Semillon is oily and rich while still retaining fruit, freshness and acidity. - Columbia Valley

2016 marks the most complex Austral to date with 5 varieties in the blend: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Cinsaut, and Counoise.
