Often overshadowed by its hotter neighboring appellations, the Yakima Valley is smattered with slopes, swales, and canyons that produce an exceptional gradient of wines. 59% Merlot offers a rich, structured base while 39% Syrah complements with layers of red fruits and wild peppercorns.

Like a chameleon, Chenin Blanc retains its distinctive identity, but also echoes its surroundings. This unique characteristic allowed the winemaker to capture a remarkable vintage and use wine from concrete, barrel and stainless steel to create the most complex wine possible with a balance of liveliness and lushness.

This C.S.M. is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc, with a touch of Muscat Canelli. The Chenin Blanc offers bright, fresh melon while the Sauvignon Blanc throws in citrus and minerality. The Muscat Canelli adds a little honeysuckle for intrigue.

We crafted this luscious red blend with a warm summer day, some live music, and a picnic blanket in mind. We chose vineyards that express themselves early and pushed the fermentations toward a lighter, fresher profile. It is lively, fruity and juicy while also having a satisfying smooth and rich palate.

This Rhône-style white wine is full on the palate with a zesty finish. The majority was stainless steel fermented to highlight flavors of blood orange and jasmine. Wine from neutral barrels was blended in to provide body.

This majority Grenache blend (54%) is accompanied by Syrah (32%), Cinsaut (9%) and Mourvèdre (5%). Palate entry is focused and alluring, delivering an array of lush red fruits. In the cellar, select 500-liter puncheons were chosen to retain freshness and accentuate the lengthy finish.

The 2019 Austral is exceptionally vibrant and refreshing, with lively fruit and complex undertones. Fresh raspberry coulis and sweet cherry anchor the wine with swirling flavors of game and savory herb. A clean, balanced finish with just the right amount of acidity.

Making wine is a balancing act with an inherent collaboration with Mother Nature, grape growers, and winemakers. The 2020 Yakima Valley Red Blend brings together ripe brambly boysenberry, and black cherry on the nose, and doubles down on rich juicy berries and dark chocolate on the palate, along with subtle toasty oak. This wine is plush, with elegant tannins that create a beautiful silky mouthfeel.

This wine was fermented in stainless steel to enhance the fruit notes of lychee and mandarin. It is gorgeously floral showing perfumy notes of citrus blossom and jasmine. Enjoy!

This Provencal-styled rosé is crisp and dry with a lively character. The wine offers bright aromas of juicy watermelon and peach with underlying citrus and apricot flavors. Enjoy!

Sourced from a single block of our Cold Creek Vineyard, fermented with the pedal to the metal, and aged in the finest French oak barrels, this is the decadent wine lover’s dream. Inky dark color, rich, juicy flavors, endless complexity, and a weighty finish that puts a steak in its place.

The Horse Heaven Hills AVA and Cabernet Sauvignon are a flawless match. The heat of the day brings out vibrant fruit characteristics, while cool nights ensure extensive complexity through long ripening. Sandy, powdery soils lead to a unique combination of weight and silky smoothness.

This Syrah, with opulent ripe fruit backed by delicate floral aromas and subtle spices, is an easy choice to showcase. Plush round tannins and a long smooth finish make it a pleasure to pair with a variety of foods or to be enjoyed on its own.

The best vintages produce complex wines and 2018 was exceptional-especially for Rhone-style varieties. The 2018 Austral is fresh and wild with fascinating notes of green peppercorns, rhubarb and raspberry tea. The mid-palate is broad with ample ripe fruit. Sweet spice and currant notes extend the finish.

This Merlot, crafted from unique vineyards, is bursting with aromas of earthy, brambly blackberry and ripe plumbs complimented by vanilla spice. Flavors of decadent, juicy dark fruit also match perfectly with velvety yet weighty dark tannins and an endless finish.

Snipes Mountain became Washington’s 10th official AVA in 2009, but first plantings of vines were as early as 1917. The steep terrain is decorated with boulders and gullies which generate brisk fog in the morning and intense sunshine in the afternoon. This Syrah is rich and concentrated.
