Grapes sourced for this elegant, complex, dry-style Gewürztraminer are from vineyards in the cooler Yakima Valley. Aromas of pink grapefruit, minerality and ginger linger in the glass. The wine was fermented in neutral oak which offers a velvety palate with hints of dried herb and coriander.

This elegant expression of Chardonnay was fermented in concrete and stainless tanks producing a bright and fruit forward wine. Peachy aromas greet you on the nose and hints of wet stone jump out of the glass. Enjoy this scrumptious food friendly wine in the sun with some yummy sushi.

This blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne delivers richness and structure. Some of the Viognier was fermented in stainless steel to lend a bright pretty fruit note. The remaining Viognier, along with the Marsanne and Roussanne, was fermented in neutral barrels adding a creamy texture.

This vintage is 98% Syrah co-fermented with 2% Viognier. The touches of Viognier dances with floral notes and accentuates the vibrant fruit of Syrah. Aged for 16 months in French oak, this wine is adventurous, balanced and fun.

The fates aligned for the 2018 vintage and Indian Wells Vineyard Syrah. Growing conditions and fermentation went exactly as planned to create a wine that perfectly represents the rare combination of vibrancy, delicacy, and luscious fruitiness produced by only this vineyard and this vintage.

Boreal reflects elegance and structure. This Syrah was co-fermented with 3% Viognier, sourced from Archie Den Hoed Vineyards (54%) Canoe Ridge Estate Vineyard (32%) and Anna Marie Vineyard (14%). Specific to cooler sites, this wine showcases lifted floral notes, vibrant red fruits and delicate tannins.

The 2018 Cold Creek Red Blend showcases a delicious and fascinating spice notes. The palate opens with sweetness and density. Balance is maintained by ultrafine texture which draws out the fruit-driven finish. A slight dusting of cocoa caps off this non-traditional expression of Cold Creek Vineyard.

The best vintages often produce wines which can only be described in seemingly contradictory language. Our 2018 Mourvèdre is rounded and approachable yet it is densely layered with structure. The palate is lush and ripe yet there is freshness and great complexity.

The best part of the Limited Release program is the freedom to experiment! Instead of aging our 2018 Cinsaut in multiple small barrels, I decided to put about half into one giant oak tank – and I love the result! The delicate red fruit is pure and sweet with an added boost of freshness.

This wine is a beautiful ensemble of Old World wine making flare. With 7% co-fermented Viognier, this Syrah is elegant and floral with aromas of dried red fruits, honeysuckle and cedar. The palate is a balance of complex bright red fruits, lifted texture and spice followed by a vibrant, savory finish.

Characteristic vibrant red fruit and earthy leather of Sangiovese meld with raspberry jam and floral elements to create a wine that is fresh, nuanced and smooth.

Walla Walla Red is a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Tempranillo and Viognier. Aged in 41% new French oak, this supple wine carries notes of blackberry, spice, anise and clove seamlessly throughout the palate. The silky texture and delicate finish showcase the unique terroir of Walla Walla. Enjoy!

This Block 9 Merlot is unreserved in expression yet retains freshness and balance. Aromas soar from the glass bringing lush black and blue fruits intertwined with sweet baking spices. The palate is splendidly textured, displaying a dense bramble of ripe fruit that gives way to a long, resounding finish.

By Adding 12% Syrah to our Cinsaut fermentation, we brought it to a whole new level. We retained the bright strawberry, anise, citrus, and characteristic freshness of Cinsaut, yet added depth and softness that make the wine more versatile and smooth.

2016 marks the most complex Austral to date with 5 varieties in the blend: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Cinsaut, and Counoise. Couple this with utilization of winemaking techniques such as stem inclusion and concrete fermentation, and it’s like baklava in a bottle, there’s so many sensory layers.

Sometimes it's great just to give it your best shot with one mixed fermenter! This entire blend is a co-fermentation of one of our best Merlots (76%) and our one jammy block of Malbec (24%). The Merlot had to hang out awhile and wait for the Malbec to be perfect, but it is worth the wait. Enjoy!
